Thomas Shaw is the Founder and Managing Director of Recruitment Directory, which is an online directory of talent providers and systems across Australia & New Zealand. It also provides consulting services to Recruitment Agencies, Job Boards and Employers on 5 key areas such as Talent Sourcing, On Boarding, Workforce Management, Employee Engagement and Management Systems.
With both a IT and HR background, Thomas has recently created various social networking applications and creating recruitment strategies integrating Web 2.0 tools into daily recruitment use.
Previously, he has worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant across leading financial organisations, before beginning his career in Organisational Development.
